  Expensive and unfair sneaky billing: £96 for bleeding a supply line to a Rayburn Cooker/Boiler (invoice date March 2018). Oil Tank level got accidentally too low, which I accept to 'believe' despite oil tank level never have gone down below 5 inches. John Cox took advantage of the situation by charging above and beyond to just bleed the line. I have been a loyal paying customer with John Cox Plumbing & Heating for a few years. Over these years John Cox repeatedly has attempted to fix the same Rayburn cooker but failed long term. Despite the repeated fails, John Cox Plumbing & Heating charged for every visit around £100. Only on the last occasion the fault seemed my wrongdoing (I am happy to accept my faults if true!) but something doesn't really add up in the John Cox' story. I have never written a bad review in my life but this person can really make people boil, not just your boiler. I will never use this company again.
